Since the long-handled saucepan can be used for the same cooking techniques as the casserole with two handles, which require excellent heat conduction over the entire surface of the utensil, the saucepan is produced in thick copper and 18/10 stainless steel lining, which brings to modern cookery all the advantages of copper in terms of conduction and the uniform distribution of heat, combining them with the added plus of the hygienic stainless steel lining.
