Experience the original taste of coffee with this Eva Solo CafeSolo Coffee Maker. Brewed on the basis of the original method, simply coffee beans and water. Spoon the ground coffee into the glass flask and add boiling water. Stir for 10 seconds and place the dripfree filter funnel in the flask. Wait 4 minutes and pour.
With its roots in the traditional methods of brewing, CafeSoloTM produces original coffee. No steam or pushing and pulling. No machinery or filter paper. Just ground coffee beans and boiling water, so the beans do their utmost to give you a pure coffee flavor.
This unique glass flask – which itself is a piece of glass art – is accompanied by a neoprene cover, which keeps the coffee warm for up to 30 minutes. The patented drip-free lip, the filter funnel which retains the coffee dregs and an automatic tip-up lid complete the picture of a supremely unique and functional product within Danish design.
The ideal temperature for brewing coffee is approx. 94° C. You will arrive at this temperature as a matter of course when boiling water is poured into the glass flask and onto the ground coffee. Stirring creates contact between the grains and the water. Eighty percent of the coffee’s flavour is released in the first couple of minutes when the water is at its hottest; after this the coffee does not become significantly stronger.
Contents: heat-resistant glass flask, filter funnel with smart tip-up lid, cover, and plastic stirrer. Stirrer is replaceable. Dishwasher-safe.
