What is "Solid Surface"?
Solid Surface refers to a material manufactured with high performance resin. The material can be fabricated using polyester or acrylic, white acrylic Surface being the choice material of DESU Design. Solid Surface differs from veneered surfaces in that, unlike veneered surfaces, Solid Surface has no superficial coating, and thus the color and consistency remain homogeneous throughout. Solid Surface is hygienic and non-porous, meaning it will not support the growth of bacteria. Normal cleaning requires nothing more than a damp cloth and a mild cleanser. To preserve the integrity of the material, avoid harsh and strongly acidic chemicals such as drain cleaners and paint removers when cleaning.
