Finally, a feline version of the Lula Dog Bowl by Alessi!
After “Lupita”, the large dog bowl and “Lulà”, the medium and small dog bowl, no collection would be complete without “Miò”, the bowl Miriam Mirri has designed for cats. “Miò” consists of three main parts (1): a highly stable plastic truncated cone shaped base, fi tted with three silicon rubber feet, housing the actual bowl, which is made of mirror polished stainless steel, is easy to clean and ensures maximum hygiene. These two parts are completed by a dome-shaped lid which not only blends in seamlessly with the shape of the base and bowl, but also plays a key role in protecting any left-over food or preventing cats overeating. The handle on the lid is in the shape of a small cat meowing upwards or perhaps just showing it’s hungry (2). The figurine is decorated with colours achieved directly when the various components are moulded. The “Miò” base has a raised lip (3) to make it easier to pick up the bowl. A similar small-scale lip is also featured between the base and the steel bowl.
