Alessi’s Presepe (nativity scene), which came into being in 2007 with the distinctive “Capanna bianca”, by now has become
a classic of the genre. Over the years, Alessi has expanded the range of figurines and introduced the “Capanna rossa”.
Now a yearly tradition, the collection of Figurines for the Presepe continues to be enriched with new characters. The new series
of Figurines includes "Little Paradise", a scenic lake with a big fish happily wallowing in it. The Presepe is presented as a congregation of
people, a heterogeneous mix of different races. Everything is imbued with a certain air of happiness and optimism, like characters
from a 1970s ad campaign. All Figurines are made of white porcelain and subsequently decorated by hand, with bright and
glossy ceramic colours, in some cases with a little help from a decal. Their dimensions are in line with the previous collection.
